OMG, Now it's December

We are officially in December (like you didn’t know that already!) Why is it I feel like this year is pushing me faster than I want it to go…..?

OK it’s time to get it in gear for the Holidays.

I’m not sure how you all handle this time of the year but I thought I’d offer some options early on. Feel free to use these options as often as necessary!

      I clicked them both. I know how you feel. I'm not going on a diet. I am just going to exercise regular and cut back on my intake a little. I can't deprive myself. I am going to try to finish my xmas shopping this weekend. I think I can resist clothes but I don't know how I will hold out on other stuff. Have a panic free week.
